April 4 – 6, 2024
Language: German, English
Location: Messe Congress Graz – Conference Center, Graz (Austria)

From April 4 to 6, the Working Group for Emergency Medicine invites you to its 11th congress in Graz. With the title “The future is now! Digitalization in emergency medicine”, the opening speech will highlight an important focus of the event – also a central topic for cosinuss°. We are therefore very much looking forward to presenting our technological solutions for mobile and continuous patient monitoring and digital data management as part of the accompanying industry exhibition. We are looking forward to discussing future developments and working together to drive forward the digitalization of the healthcare sector.

A varied program of theory and practice

The congress spans three days and offers a diverse mix of lectures, practical workshops, industry exhibitions and networking events. The three thematic tracks “Science & Innovation”, “Emergency Medicine Update” and “Nursing & Rescue Services” are aimed at a broad audience from rescue and intensive care medicine as well as the medical technology sector. International experts will speak about current topics in emergency medicine and critically discuss study results.

Ultralight and mobile patient monitoring

We are pleased to present our system for mobile patient monitoring – based on the 6.5g in-ear sensor, c-med° alpha, and the application for mobile devices, cosinuss° Health – to the participants of the congress as part of the industry exhibition. The monitoring technology has already been tested several times in various studies and pilot projects in emergency and intensive care medicine and has been used very successfully in the remote monitoring of patients (see references). We look forward to exchanging ideas with emergency physicians and other professionals in emergency and rescue medicine!

More information about the organizer

The event is organized by the Working Group for Emergency Medicine (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Notfallmedizin, AGN). It coordinates training and further education in emergency medicine in Styria and the neighboring federal states. As a “subsidiary association”, it acts as the “Styrian” representative of the Austrian Society for Emergency and Disaster Medicine (ÖNK). The AGN offers courses and training, informs about activities and innovations through a monthly newsletter and organizes regular meetings for professional discussion.
