The Bluetooth standard services offer an easy and safe integration for the data stream including three calculated vital signs and device information needed. With that, the c-med° alpha offers a wireless data transmission of vital signs data in compliance with medical standards. An additional custom Bluetooth service enables advanced characteristics such as high-resolution data streaming and individual device configuration on the fly.

A full IoMT infrastructure or parts of it can be provided by cosinuss° as well: The cosinuss° LabSystem consists of a gateway solution, a server, additional analytics, a web interface as well as different standardized interfaces.

Kontinuierliche Patientenüberwachung auf dem gesamten Behandlungspfad
In Zusammenarbeit mit der AICHER AMBULANZ UNION hat cosinuss° während des Oktoberfestes 2023 in München ein durchgängiges Patientenmonitoring-System über alle Tragen, den Triagebereich sowie alle stationären Bereiche etabliert.
Grundlegende Herausforderungen gelöst
Die cosinuss° Monitoringtechnologie wurde von Ärzt:innen der Martin Flugrettung gründlich getestet. Sie wurde neben der bestehenden Technologie in realen Rettungssituationen eingesetzt und erwies sich als ebenso zuverlässig wie die Referenzgeräte.
Simulierte Bergrettungsszenarien
Ein Forschungsprojekt der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München untersuchte den Nutzen der cosinuss° Monitoringtechnologie für den terrestrischen Langzeittransport und die Langzeitversorgung im alpinen Rettungseinsatz.
