Da der Sportler jedoch einen h\u00f6heren Energieumsatz aufweist, nimmt die Quantit\u00e4t zu. Je nach Belastung kann es au\u00dferdem notwendig werden, zus\u00e4tzliche N\u00e4hrstoffe extra zuzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Der K\u00f6rper gewinnt aus den 3 Grundn\u00e4hrstoffen (Makron\u00e4hrstoffe) Fett, Kohlenhydrate und Protein Energie. Energiequellen f\u00fcr den Ausdauersportler sind haupts\u00e4chlich Kohlenhydrate und Fett. Protein dient als Aufbaustoff f\u00fcr die Muskulatur.<br \/>\nDaneben werden mit der Nahrung weitere wichtige N\u00e4hrstoffe (Mikron\u00e4hrstoffe) aufgenommen, die zwar keine Energie spenden, aber im K\u00f6rper wichtige Funktionen \u00fcbernehmen: Mineralstoffe, und Vitamine.<br \/>\nSchlie\u00dflich k\u00f6nnen noch sekund\u00e4re Pflanzenstoffe, Ballaststoffe und Wasser in der Nahrung enthalten sein. Sie sind n\u00fctzlich f\u00fcr die Gesundheit und die Darmflora.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:1.5;\">Energielieferanten<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><em>Energielieferanten in der Ausdauerbelastung<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bei Dauerbelastungen, die durch aerobe Energiebereitstellung \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum aufrecht erhalten werden k\u00f6nnen, befindet sich der Organismus im sogenannten &#8222;steady state&#8220;. Dieser Gleichgewichtszustand von Sauerstoffaufnahme und Bedarf tritt nach 3-5 Minuten ein (Ulmer, 1995).<br \/>\nUnter Belastung verbrennt der K\u00f6rper zun\u00e4chst das Muskelglycogen. Nimmt der Vorrat ab, wird vermehrt Glycogen aus der Leber hinzugezogen. Geht auch dieser Vorrat zur Neige, besteht Gefahr der Unterzuckerung (Hungerast).<br \/>\nParallel steigt nach ca. 30 min der Anteil der Lipolyse (Fettspaltung) ein. Fette werden langsamer mobilisiert und sind auf gen\u00fcgend O2 zwingend angewiesen. Dann ist Fett jedoch quasi grenzenlos verf\u00fcgbar. Unterhalb von 60% VO2 max kann Sport \u00fcber Stunden hinweg durchgef\u00fchrt werden, ohne dass die Glycogenspeicher entleert werden.<br \/>\nBei einem Lauf mit 60% VO2 max klingelt der Besenwagen aber nicht nur, sondern wird fluchend und hupend vorbeiziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Trainingszustand k\u00f6nnen Sportler eine Dauerbelastung bei ca. 75-85% VO2 max. aufrechterhalten.
