Der Puls ist seit einigen Jahren bereits\u00a0<em>der Messparameter<\/em>\u00a0im Training &#8211; doch gibt es das \u00fcberhaupt, einen optimalen Puls?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6chte ich mein Training pulsgesteuert absolvieren brauche ich zun\u00e4chst einen Maximalpuls, an dem ich mich im folgenden orientieren kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die maximale Herzfrequenz ist eine individuelle Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Man kann ihn nicht zielgerichtet trainieren noch dient er als Gradmesser f\u00fcr die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit. Ein trainierter Mensch kann aber im Regelfall vor Leistungsabbruch eine h\u00f6here Herzfrequenz erreichen als der Untrainierte. Allgemeine Faustformeln geben hierbei meist nur eine grobe Ann\u00e4herung. Mit einer Leistungsdiagnose, je nach Ambitionen eine sinnvolle Investition, bin ich hier auf der sicheren Seite.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:1.5;\">Der Ruhepuls<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:left;\"><p>Aufschluss \u00fcber unseren Leistungszustand gibt eher\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosinuss.com\/de\/2017\/09\/11\/ruhepuls-was-er-verraet\/\">der Ruhepuls<\/a>. Am besten wird er morgens gemessen. Der Ruhepuls ver\u00e4ndert sich durch den Trainingszustand. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer und schlagkr\u00e4ftiger unser Herzmuskel durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges sportliches Training wird, desto niedriger wird die ben\u00f6tigte Schlagfrequenz. W\u00e4hrend sich ein \u201enormaler\u201c Ruhepuls bei ca. 70 Schl\u00e4gen\/Minute befindet, findet man bei herzgesunden Ausdauerathleten einen Ruhepuls von oft unter 50 Schl\u00e4gen\/Minute.<br \/>\nProzentual kann ich nun meine Trainingswerte berechnen.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Puls gibt Aufschluss \u00fcber Trainingszustand und momentane Belastung und liefert definitiv einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Trainingssteuerung.<\/p>\n<p><em>Optimal<\/em>\u00a0kann ein Puls jedoch nie sein &#8211; zahlreiche externe wie interne Gr\u00f6\u00dfen nehmen Einfluss auf die Herzfrequenz, neben der physischen Belastung.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-4 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:1.5;\">Einfl\u00fcsse auf den Puls<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:left;\"><p><em>Was beeinflusst meinen Puls?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Neben Alter, Geschlecht und Trainingszustand, die ja in den meisten Formeln ber\u00fccksichtigt werden bleiben da noch einige \u00fcbrig.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Psyche beeinflusst unsere Herzfrequenz &#8211; Das Herz gilt als unser &#8222;emotionaler Muskel&#8220;. Wer kurz vor dem Wettkampf am Start steht, je nach Sportart pl\u00f6tzlich vielleicht noch alle Augen auf sich gerichtet sieht, kennt das Gef\u00fchl nur zu gut. Man h\u00f6rt f\u00fcr einen kurzen Moment eigentlich nur noch den Puls im Ohr, und zwar rasend.<\/p>\n<p>Unser aktueller Gesundheitszustand, das Hormonsystem, Medikamenteneinnahme und selbst Muskelkater f\u00fchrt zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung der Herzfrequzenz.<\/p>\n<p>Auch unsere Umgebung hat Einfluss. Gel\u00e4ndebeschaffenheit, H\u00f6he und Au\u00dfentemperatur verzerren h\u00e4ufig unsere berechneten Werte.<br \/>\nGro\u00dfe Hitze und hoher Schwei\u00dfverlust bei unzureichender Fl\u00fcssigkeitsaufnahme kann unseren Puls schnell um 10-15 Schl\u00e4ge\/min in die H\u00f6he treiben. Eine Erh\u00f6hung der K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur f\u00fchrt ab einem empfindlichen Wert zum cardiavascular drift, also eine Steigerung der Herzfrequenz bei geringerem Schlagvolumen. Dies f\u00fchrt h\u00e4ufig zu fr\u00fchzeitigem Leistungsversagen.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Puls auch weiterhin als wertvolle Messgr\u00f6\u00dfe einsetzen und deuten zu k\u00f6nnen, sollte ich ihn mit anderen Parametern verbinden.<br \/>\nDie\u00a0K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur\u00a0ist, im Vergleich zum Puls, eine sehr konstante Gr\u00f6\u00dfe mit nur geringen Schwankungen. Eine\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosinuss.com\/de\/2015\/11\/10\/koerpertemperatur-beim-sport\/\">Erh\u00f6hung der K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur<\/a>\u00a0f\u00fchrt aber ab einem empfindlichen Wert zum kardiovaskul\u00e4rem Drift, was mit Leistungseinb\u00fc\u00dfen bis hin zum kompletten Leistungseunbruch f\u00fchren kann. Wenn ich meine Temperatur w\u00e4hrend dem Training \u00fcberwache, kann ich das vermeiden und vorbeugen.<br \/>\nZus\u00e4tzlich kann die Herzratenvariabilit\u00e4t in die Trainingsplanung eingebunden werden, um \u00dcbertraining zu vermeiden und den Regenerationsstatus des K\u00f6rpers abzufragen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
