Das kann zum Teil durch den sogenannten kardiovaskul\u00e4ren Drift bedingt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Der kardiovaskul\u00e4re Drift bezeichnet das Ph\u00e4nomen einer ansteigenden Herzfrequenz trotz gleichbleibender Trainingsintensit\u00e4t. H\u00e4ufig f\u00fchrt dies zu Leistungseinbu\u00dfen oder Belastungsabbruch.<br \/>\nNach einer ca. 10 min\u00fctigen Belastung von konstanter moderater Intensit\u00e4t (z.B. 50-75% der VO2max,&#8220;steady state&#8220;) kann in warmer Umgebung solch ein Drift auftreten.<br \/>\nDieser ist vorrangig gekennzeichnet durch eine Reduktion des Schlagvolumens bei gleichzeitig steigender Herzfrequenz.<br \/>\nObwohl das Herz mehr arbeitet, nimmt die Leistung also ab.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:1.5;\">Was f\u00fchrt zum kardiovaskul\u00e4ren Drift?<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:left;\"><p>Bei\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosinuss.com\/de\/2015\/11\/10\/koerpertemperatur-beim-sport\/\">ansteigender K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur<\/a>\u00a0durch Belastung in erh\u00f6hten Umgebungstemperaturen kommt es zu einer verst\u00e4rkten peripheren Durchblutung. Dies ist ein g\u00e4ngiger K\u00fchlmechanismus des K\u00f6rpers, um \u00fcber den Blutstrom mehr W\u00e4rme an die K\u00f6rperoberfl\u00e4che zu leiten, wo sie an die Umgebung abgegeben werden kann. Durch diese Umverteilung des Blutvolumens kommt es zu einer zentralen Hypovol\u00e4mie (Blutarmut) und einem Abfall des Blutdrucks.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser niedrigere Blutdruck bedingt eine geringere F\u00fcllung der Herzkammern und es folgt ein vermindertes Schlagvolumen.<br \/>\nAktuelle Thesen sagen, dass ein niedrigeres Schlagvolumen au\u00dferdem unmittelbar abh\u00e4ngig vom Gesamtblutvolumen ist. Eine erh\u00f6hte Schwei\u00dfabgabe als K\u00fchlmechanismus und eine folgende Fl\u00fcssigkeitsverschiebung zwischen den K\u00f6rperkompartimenten kann das Blutvolumen um bis zu 2 Liter\/Stunde reduzieren.<br \/>\nTrotz einer erh\u00f6hten Schlagfrequenz kann das Herzzeitvolumen nicht aufrechterhalten werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:1.5;\">Trainingsma\u00dfnahmen<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Obwohl der kardiovaskul\u00e4re Drift seit langem bekannt ist, wurden bisher nur in unzureichendem Ma\u00dfe praktische Trainingskonsequenzen daraus abgeleitet. G\u00e4ngige Formeln zur herzfrequenzgesteuerten Trainingsplanung lassen die Problematik des kardiovaskul\u00e4re Drifts meist unber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p><em>1. Beobachten der K\u00f6rpertemperatur:<\/em><br \/>\nEin Anstieg der Herzfrequenz w\u00e4hrend konstanter Belastung bei gleichzeitigem Leistungsr\u00fcckgang sollte uns aufmerksam werden lassen. Dies geschieht stets parallel zu einem Anstieg der K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur. Eine Studie zeigte, dass es bei Sportlern (Radfahrer), allein duch zu hohe K\u00f6rperkerntemperaturen (~40\u00b0C) zu Belastungsabbr\u00fcchen kommt; unabh\u00e4ngig von der Belastungsintensit\u00e4t.<br \/>\nDas \u00dcberwachen der eigenen K\u00f6rpertemperatur im Training kann leistungsentscheiden sein.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Ausreichende Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr:<\/em><br \/>\nEin kardiovaskul\u00e4rer Drift kann auch ohne Dehydration auftreten. Allerdings verst\u00e4rkt ein Fl\u00fcssgikeitsverlust den Drift. Eine Hypovol\u00e4mie (zentrale Blutarmut durch hohe periphere Durchblutung) durch Dehydration kann das Schlagvolumen bis zu 7% herabsetzen. Bei gleichzeitiger Hyperthermie sogar bis zu 28%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fakt ist, dass das Blutvolumen bei ausreichender Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr aufrechterhalten werden kann.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div
